A LIFETIME OF EXPLORING MOVEMENT
Mollie has been moving, dancing or practing yoga since the age of 3. After years of ballet training, she started exploring contemporary dance, and improvisation, and felt her movement vocabulary (and enjoyment) expand.
A similar process happened with yoga. After years of rigid practice, she started incorporating intuitive movement, improvisation and play into her practice and classes. This created a new surge of creativity in her yoga teaching, and a new ways to help her students evolve.
Mollie’s teaching centres around drawing you into your body, helping you move from feeling, and feeling good, rather than simply creating shapes.
