Classes to ignite, explore & relax
Each embodied yoga class begins with an embodiment: something we can connect to in our body, or in our movement. It could be a joint, a relationship, a movement pattern, a quality. Deeper awareness helps to teach us to create safety and expand our range in our movement.
Classes are filled with rich imagery and evocative questions that draw you into your own physicality, and provides space to reflect on life.
Although movement is a key feature of my classes, students of all levels are welcome to join. Because the embodiment is the key, not the shape, you can access the depth of the practice even if you are working with unique challenges or injuries.
Selected classes are recorded and uploaded and can practiced in your own time.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM MY EMBODIED YOGA CLASSES
All-levels classes focus on a body part or relationship, which is explored in movement and yoga poses. We work and flow through poses in rounds, so although Sun Salutations are part of the sequence, they are not the centre of the class.
Yoga Choreography is a creative and flowing sequence, designed to get you to move in different ways. Expect unique transitions, and playful variations of poses.
The Deep Unwind is a moving restorative practice. Movements are small, subtle and facilitate profound shifts in the body. This class creates relaxation and rejuvenation.

To help you with any unique movement challenges, including injury recovery, long term conditions, discomfort during movement, and overall sensitivity and postural awareness. I work with private clients in three ways.
Movement Coaching: If you have been struggling with injuries, and confusing messages from doctors, movement teachers or body workers, I can help you decode what might be going on in your body, and develop strategies to strengthen, mobilise and heal your unique issues.
Mentoring: if you are feeling lost with what your goals are, who your niche is and how you might build your business to match your unique offering.
Private movement sessions: for singles and couples, to explore your movement possibilities in a bespoke setting.
Private client sessions open up periodically based on availability.
