YOGI’S IN TRANSITION: A GROUP DISCOVERY PROCESS
A 10 week process to help refine your vision of where you want to go and what your next steps are in your yoga teaching process. Facilitated and guided by Mollie McClelland Morris
FEELING LOST OR CONFUSED ABOUT YOUR NEXT STEPS IN YOUR YOGA CAREER?
The last few years have left many yoga teachers feeling confused and demoralised by teaching yoga.
You might be questioning your career options, your goals and how they might have changed or need to change, in the current environment.
This course is an opportunity to clarify, refine, reflect, and realign by recognising our own strengths and talents and the world we are living in. The programme will take place in a non-hierarchical group format, focusing on support, community, learning and sharing from the heart, as we re-orient ourselves and our offerings in the current environment.
COME TOGETHER AS COLLEAGUES & FRIENDS TO EXPLORE YOUR OPTIONS, OPPORTUNITIES AND VISIONS AS WE MOVE FORWARD TOWARDS 2023.
Yogi’s in Transition Starts 30 September 2022
ARE YOU QUESTIONING YOUR CAREER AS A YOGA TEACHER, BUT UNSURE OF WHAT NEXT?
You know there are things you love, but you also are feeling a lot of resistance!
Start by reflecting what is working in your life.
Get clear on what opportunities you have, and what you would like to create.
Clarify who you can help and how your offering can suit their, and your, needs.
Work with your strengths to develop your offerings so they feel authentic and work with your life.
Clarify the missing pieces or training you might need in order to continue progressing, without hiding behind always needing more training!
Figure out how you might feel more fulfilled, and more successful within your life and career.
“Mollie and the group gave me a lot of ideas and I realised that the possibilities for moving forward were wider than I had at first thought. It also quashed a few concerns I had about teaching, so I have a clearer plan moving forward. ” Liz L.

All of us, FRom NEW TO VERY EXPERIENCED TEACHERS have to explore our careers in new ways
With all of the options for online and in real life teaching, we each need to become more intentional about what we want to offer, how and why. This creates both opportunity and challenge as the marketplace has changed, and so have we!
Do you love teaching group classes, or do you prefer private sessions?
Does online or IRL teaching suit your needs better?
Do you need more breaks than weekly studio teaching allows?
Do you feel more inclined to offer coaching, or is it physical yoga practice all the way for you?
PART 1
Review where you are, what your challenges and goals are. Start listening and working with your inner voice that says YES! to certain opportunities and NO!!! to others. Use that inner voice as your guide.
Part 2
Explore your existing opportunities and your simple and wildest dreams. Get honest with yourself, about your desires for your life, both big and small. Here we get detailed with money, and how we will earn it.
PArt 3
Share your ideas and action steps while giving and recieving feedback from your peers. Start to create a short and longer term plan of action, whether it is a big change or the seed of a new idea.
Part 4
These sessions focus on making bold choices and changes which centre around owning your Yes! and No! This step involves letting go of ideas that won’t be manifest now, to focus on what is most important to you.
Each part of the course is approximately 3 sessions long, with optional worksheets & personal reflection between sessions.

THE NORMAL FORMAT OF YOGA TEACHING DOESN’T FIT HOW YOU WANT TO WORK
BUSINESS COURSES GAVE YOU HAVE STRATEGIES BUT NOT CLARITY ON YOUR DIRECTION, NICHE OR NEXT STEPS
YOU FEEL FRUSTRATED, ISOLATED, LONELY OR BORED WITH TEACHING AND ARE THINKING OF QUITTING
YOU WANT TO EXPLORE IN A SMALL GROUP TO FEEL SUPPORTED & CONNECTED TO THE COMMUNITY
What it is not:
A huge course with hundreds of participants (this is a small group with collaborative work to make sure we all feel seen and heard)
Lecture based
A strategic business course (we will explore our strategies for stepping into our visions, but if you want details about sales funnels, this is not for you)
An anatomy course (I run those too, but this is not one of them!)
Recorded content for self-guided processes
Asana practice
THis is A Guided space to imagine and re-imagine,
get honest, share, listen and be listened to,
Clarify THE future you dream OF AND YOUR UNIQUE PATH.
SUPPORT
A small group with opportunities for individual feedback, peer-to-peer support and full group reflections. Shared live, with real connections.
COMMunity
A non-hierarchical structure, where each person’s skills, gifts, questions and challenges are honoured in the space. Whether you are a new teacher, or have been teaching for years, you are welcome to share your unique challenges and gifts in the community.
CLARITY
Do you have ideas you don’t know what to do with? Possibilities you haven’t dared to admit? Changes you’d like to make that bring you excitement, and fear. Get clear on your own direction and the action steps to make it come to life.
“It felt intimate and friendly. I enjoyed hearing others' stories and learn from those. I liked being in community. It genuinely felt like I'm getting valuable mentoring so I was looking forward to doing the work every week and I was happy with the progress I was making.” - Hedi S.
ABOUT MOLLIE
Having taught yoga for 20 years, Mollie’s career in yoga has pivoted multiple times, from community teacher to studio owner, from full time mother, to teacher trainer and course leader. She started running mentoring courses in 2012, and has supported teachers who have gone on to run trainings, host platforms, move countries, refine their offerings with further training and more.
Besides her passion for embodiment, Mollie is a skillful mentor, who focuses on work with small groups, in order to ensure that all students and mentees feel supported, guided, heard and appreciated in the course of her mentoring programmes.
In 2022, there are infinite courses we can engage in, but many of them focus on aquiring business skills and strategies. In these big courses, it can be difficult to feel supported in your own visions, to ask questions and navigate your own truth, your own vision and to feel connected to your own heart in the process. Of course we need sound business strategies, but it has to feel aligned to us.
While the online marketplace for yoga can make us feel lost and small, Yogi’s in Transition is a process to help you feel supported to work through the resistances to research and trust your own offerings, both in your own heart, and in the community in which you live and work.
“It was almost physically painful how much something inside was driving me to teach but how I was so sacred and blocked as well
...it means everything to not be afraid anymore but to come into my heart. And to teach in a way that allows others to do the same, whether by chanting or asana or pranayama or dancing or shouting or meditating or bringing things to share with each other. The course gave me the confidence to integrate whatever feels right and this is the ultimate freedom.
Alessia
“I'll never forget our time together. as with all things the timing was perfect, whether I realised or not.
Quitting my job and starting a new journey was already pushing my boundaries and then the course pushed it even more. I will always be eternally grateful to the whole group and especially to Mollie for putting such a course together.
Ella W.
“It is exactly what I had hoped for - throughout the course I was nurtured, inspired, supported and challenged
and have come away feeling more grounded, steady and confident on who I am as a teacher and what it is I have to offer. Mollie's expansive knowledge and experience really meant that the areas we covered where far reaching from in depth knowledge of asana to how best to market yourself. This is a wonderfully well rounded course for the newer yoga teacher to blossom under'.
Lucy B.
One of the best courses I've ever taken :)
The small group worked well and I gained really valuable insights. The container was beautifully held, there was a sense of ease and lightheartedness yet the work was effective and meaningful. I learned real, actionable knowledge that I could apply to my life straight away.
